70 -- VIBRO ACOUSTIC SOFTWARE SOL N0025397R0019 DUE 060697 POC Contact Point, Victor Angkico, 360/396-5671 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC), Division Keyport intends to solicite utilizing the policies and procedures found in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, software for expansion/upgrade of the existing vibrational and acoustical modeling software, floating point licenses to improve accessibility to the software, training for the new and existing analysis software, and a continuation of existing software support licenses. The acquisition will be solicited on a sole source basis to LMS N. America, 15061 Springdale Street, Huntington, CA. The items to be purchased must be compatible with existing vibrational and acoustical modeling software previously acquired competitively from LMS N. America. The existing software is proprietary to LMS N. America and all add-on modules to be acquired must provide seamless exchange of data and inter-operability between modules. Due to the proprietary nature of the software only LMS N. America can satisfy this requirement and provide the necessary supportfor the existing software.
