The lease, awarded to Lockheed Martin Astronautics (LMA) by USAF/AFMC Aeronautiacal Systems Center (ASC), is a sole source follow-on contractual action to provide for the following Capital Type Rehabilitation CTR) projects on a cost reimbursement basis: Rehabilitation of the Concrete Apron surrounding the Components Test Laboratory, Bldg T-27, and the Installation of a Chemical Storage Shed for the System Test Laboratory, Complex T-28. Work will be performed on AFP PJKS which is a Government-Owned, Contractor-Operated (GOCO) Plant. Project award is anticipated to LMA who operates the plant for the Air Force.
