BOYD, (805) 982-0610 The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center (PHD/NSWC), Port Hueneme, CA, requires technical manual outfitting, equipment configuration accounting and database maintenance services to execute the Technical Manual Management Program (TMMP) in support of U.S. Navy and Foreign Military Sales (FMS). The contractor shall furnish, operate and maintain a warehouse facility within 30 minute commuting distance of PHD/NSWC. The base year shall begin 1 Oct 97 ending 30 Sep 98, and includes four option years. A cost-plus-fixed-fee contract is anticipated with estimated level of effort as follows: Base year/69,120 manhours, Option Year One/71,040 manhours, Option Year Two/72,960 manhours, Option Year Three/72,960 manhours, Option Year Four/72,960 manhours. This acquisition is being offered for competition limited to eligibile 8(a) concerns utilizing Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 8711.
