The U.S. Army Engineer District, New Orleans, has a requirement for a contractor to prepare and deliver tract appraisal reports on various parcels of land located within the Atchafalaya Basin Floodway in St. Martin, St. Mary, and Iberia Parishes, LA. The contract area is made up of approximately 125 individual parcels of varying size, each requiring a separate valuation. Each report will be in narrative form and in accordance with "Uniform Standards for Federal Land Acquisitions," Interagency Land Acquisition Conference 1992. The assignment will include the appraisal of fee and/or easement estates. The solicitation will be issued May 7, 1997.
