Fort Washington Park Project NPS-FOWA 100(1), in Prince George's County, Maryland, consists of pavement rehabilitation and slide repair work on L'Enfant Road and erosion repair work at the Visitor Center Parking Area and Warburton Drive Parking Lot Number 2. The work includes grading, drainage, hot asphalt concrete pavement, drilled microshaft construction, curb and gutter, and other miscellaneous work. Principal items of work and approximate quantities are as follows: Unclassified borrow, 2,215 CUYD; Aggregate base, Grading C or D, 1,440 TON; Hot asphalt concrete pavement, 1,425 TON; Drilled microshafts, 2,920 LNFT; 24-inch pipe culvert, 1,060 LNFT. The project is expected to fall within the price range of $250,000 to $750,000, and has a proposed completion date of September 30, 1997.
