Building envelope consists of a steel frame with brick veneer and standing seam metal roof. Building systems include zoned HVAC, lighting, power, fire alarm, telephone and LAN cabling, and fire sprinkler system. Complete development of a currently unused site is required, including approximately 1,200 feet of access road, parking for more than 90 cars, water lines, fire protection service, sewer, gas, underground electric, storm water retention, and landscaping. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Solicitation documents will be available May 6, 1997 (approx.).
