Concrete roads are provided for armor traffic. Infantry & armor targets are provided for training & may be friend or foe. An underground trainer (pipe) is provided for drainage & training. A number of special effects re included to provide a realistic setting for training in the urban complex. Work will include installation of computer network communication, control systems, alarm systems including passive microwave & closed circuit television systems using coaxial cable & fiber optics. A conrol tower simulating a water tower will be used in the city. Other facilities include a combination General Instruction/After Action Review/Range Operations & Maintenance Building. A latrine, covered mess, & ammo breakdown bldg are also provided to serve the Instruction/AAR bldg. This solicitation is a Request For Proposal (RFP)—The proposals will be evaluated on the following criteria: 1) Previous Experience, 2) Cost, 3) Technical Proposal, 4) Project Schedule, 5) Project Management Plan, 6) Subcontracting Plan. This project is available on compact disk only. Project files are Portable Document Format (PDF) files & can be viewed, navigated, or printed using Adobe Acrobat Reader (available on CD).
