The USEPA is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct testing of on-board diagnostic systems (referred to as OBDII) in I/M lanes and to collect data on the status of OBDII systems on 1996 and newer vehicles. Work shall be performed for the USEPA laboratory located in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
