The Corporation for National and Community Service hereby provides notice of its intent to extend Contract No. CNCS 94-009 with Aguirre International of San Mateo, CA to conduct a Third Year Annual Accomplishment Review (AAR). Specifically, Aguirre will conduct an AAR of all programs operating with AmeriCorps*State/National Members for program year 1996-1997. Aguirre completed this requirement under Contract No. CNCS 94-009 for the 1994-1995 and 1995-1996 program years. To complete this task, the Contractor must develop a format for collecting programs' annual accomplishments, provide it to programs in hard copy and electronic formats, and make it available via the World Wide Web. The Contractor shall also provide technical assistance, as needed, to programs seeking guidance on completing the data collection. The Contractor shall be responsible for tracking programs' submission of the AAR and for taking steps to increase the response rate if it is unacceptable. Finally, the Contractor shall analyze thedata, provide consolidated reports to CNCS and provide state- and/or program-level data to all State Commissions on Service and to all National Direct grantees.
