The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and materials necessary to receive, track and store grant proposals; perform required data entry; prepare required documentation; receive, collate and store all relevant correspondence; package and mail certain documents; and provide administrative support for peer review panel meetings. The RFP is expected to be released 15-30 days following publication of this synopsis. Proposals will be due 45 days following RFP release. A preproposal conference is anticipated. Refer to the solicitation for the exact location, date and time. The anticipated period of performance is twelve months. Four options to extend the period for performance for twelve months for each of the options exercised are anticipated. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses.
