J -- SECURITY SYSTEM MAINTENANCE AT DSCC SOL SP071097R0023 DUE 053097 POC Contract Specialist -- Evelyn Mullins, 614-692-2471 Preventative Maintenance, inspection and on-call service repairs for Card Key access systems as listed at Defense Supply Center, Columbus, 3990 E. Broad St. Columbus, OH and at the Defense Finance Center, 4300 East 5th Avenue, Columbus, OH. Period of performance shall be for one year with four one year options. Prospective offerors mus have qualified personnel with adequate factory training and a minimum of three years experience in servicing Card-Key access control systems. Sub-contracting for any protion of the work under this contract is prohibited unless specific approval is obtained in writing for the Contracting Officer. Contractor personnel assigned to service the equipment must have a National Agency Check, ADP Level II Security Clearance. Contractor personnel must also meet the Department of Defense eligibility criteria for at least a "Secret" security clearance. These services are to include inspecting, cleaning, lubricating, adjusting, testing and repair as required and as recommended by the Manufacturer. During the life of this contract, requirements other than maintenance and repair may be needed.
