Hudson, Contracting Officer (919)-335-6142 The U.S. Coast Guard requires engineering services pertaining to the HU-25 Falcon Jet aircraft on a requirements basis for a period of one year with four one-year options renewable on an annual basis. This contract action is for services for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Dassault Falcon Jet, Teterboro, NJ under authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Coast Guard does not possess data relating to this procurement. Dassault Falcon Jet contains the proprietary data rights. Services to be performed at the contractor's facilities and at Coast Guard units throughout the United States and its possessions and at remote sites throughout the world. Contract performance must begin immediately after contract award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for this solicitation must be in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. See Notes 22 and 26.
