Telephone No. 541/465-6506 A project to provide unarmed professional security services for the Willamette National Forest Ranger District offices and compounds. The seven Districts are Detroit, Oakridge, Rigdon, Lowell, Sweet Home, McKenzie and Blue River; and are located in remote locations. Contractor furnished equipment includes, but is not limited to, marked vehicle, radio, cell phone, and may require appropriate uniform. Personnel will be subject to appearance requirements. Award will be made in the best interest of the Government as a best value procurement. Interested quoters will be required to submit information regarding experience, education, and past performance. This will be an indefinite quantity contract with options for two additional years beyond the base year. Quotes may allow for multi awards of up to three contractors. Estimated issue date for the Request for Quotations is 5/7/97. Estimated start work date is 5/23/97. Contract performance time is one year. See Note 1.
