May 7, 1997 at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. The
Brigade of Midshipmen is approximately 4,000 members strong. They are
taught by a faculty of more than 600 members, which is divided between
civilian professors who provide academic continuity and military
officers who rotate every few years to bring the latest experience from
the fleet. Technologies that are requested but not limited to include:
