The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material and equipment for the removal of approximately 156,000 square feet of built-up roofing and installation of a new EPDM roofing system including insulation, removal and installation of roof drains, downspouts, and splash blocks, removal and replacement of approximately 330 aluminum windows and remote window operators, removal of corrugated metal panels, removal and reinstallation of mechanical roof equipment, removal and reinstallation of building ladders and light fixtures, removal of all exterior asbestos siding and replacement of approximately 61,000 square feet of exterior insulation finish system, stripping and hand-tool cleaning of building ladders and exterior light fixtures, and incidental related work.
