Includes replacing kitchen base and wall cabinets, countertops, stainless steel sinks, garbage disposals, rangehoods, bathtubs, showers, water closets, lavatories, floor coverings and light fixtures. The work also includes changing out gas service for the ranges to electrical service, and upgrading the exterior electrical service to the dwelling units. The estimated cost of the proposed project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Solicitation to be issued O/A May 5, 1997. Documents to be available at $71.00 per set of specifications and full-size drawings. Single copies of specifications alone may be purchased by interested applicants for $28.00 a set. Payment must accompany request.
