Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials and tools and equipment to remove, and replace with new: 12 steam heating coils(6 coils per air handling unit) with headers and all associated piping to the coils, piping insulation from the coils back to the control valves, and piping to replace existing condensate drain lines and all labor materials tools, and equipment to remove, and replace with new: chilled water coils (multiple coils per air handling unit), piping from valves to supply side of the new coils, condensate piping and condensate pans, and piping insulation on chilled water lines from new coils to control valves. Dispose of existing coils, unusable piping, and old insulation for both steam and chilled coils. Provide drip gutter at each coil section, with separate 1" drain for each, attached to existing drain system. The estimated cost is between $25,000 and $100,000.
