Boeing Helicopter, Philadelphia, PA and AIW Alton, Windsor, CT. Item
Number 0001AA, 21 each, NSN: 1560-01-303-4993, P/N: 145S5971-19
applicable to the CH-47 Aircraft. Item No. 0001AA requires two quotes,
(1) Bid A, with First Article Test Report (FATR), FATR due 228 days
after receipt of order and production delivery starting 330 days after
award; and (2) Bid B, No FATR required, production delivery starting
on the 240th day after award, shipped complete. GFM is required --
mylars 114S5901 and 145S5971. Inspection and acceptance at Origin.
Inspection requirements: 52.246-2, 52.246-16, 52.246-11, ANSI/ASQC
Q9002 (ISO 9002) or equivalent. FOB Point: Destination with deliveries
to New Cumberland 18 each, and Stockton, CA 3 each. The required
delivery date is 120 days after receipt of order. Level of
Preservation/Packing: A/B Packaging -- Items shall be packaged per the
following codes -- refer to MIL-STD -2073-2 for code guidance only.
MP/I: 10, CD/II: 1, PM/III: 00, WM/IV: GB, CD/V: NA, CT/VI: X, UC/VII:
E2, IC/VII: 00, LOP: A, QUP: 001, ICQ: 000. Packing -- Items packaged
as above shall be packed code F. Refer to MIL-STD-2073-2, Table IX for
code guidance only. Marking of shipments -- The contractor shall mark
all shipments under this contract in accordance with ASTM D 3951-95,
paragraph 5.1.6.3, "Government Marking Requirements". This acquisition
is subject to availability of funds. Procurement History: Award Date,
