The 11th Contracting Squadron intends to procure on a competitive basis a one-year, plus two one-year options, Firm-Fixed-Price contract to provide the Air Force History Support Office (AFHSO) a well-documented history entitled, "A History of Air Battle Command and Control, 1917-1992". The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and other items and services necessary to provide this history of air battle command and control from the standpoint of its organization, training, operations, and technical changes. The period of performance will be for one year. The solicitation will be issued as 100% set-aside for small businesses. Contractor personnel must be able to obtain a SECRET clearance.
