Project consists of a new 1000 SF visitor building; new asphalt concrete paths and improvements to the existing parking lot; extend underground water, electric, and telephone lines from 3000' away; graywater collection, treatment and disposal system; retrofit existing toilet building with lavatories, drinking fountain, water supply, graywater drain lines, lift pumps, heating system, and lighting. This project is funded with ISTEA money through the Federal Highway Administration and Arizona Department of Transportation. Ten percent of project total must be accomplished by certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprise. A show-me trip is scheduled to meet at 9:00 a.m. on site on Tuesday, May 8, 1997.
