It is the intent of the U.S. Dept. of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) to award one (1) firm fixed price requirements contract for the purpose of providing information technology services, including telecommunications services, and assistance to the Santa Ana, CA HUD Field Office in marketing HUD acquired properties in the counties of Orange, San Bernardino, Riverside, Indio and Mono. The contractor shall be responsible for distributing HUD property listings, sales results, announcements, and information to the real estate loan industry and general public via World Wide Web server, direct mail, and other methods as necessary. The contractor shall maintain a customer service and interactive voice response system to access current information and status of current inventory of HUD homes. The contractor shall provide an 800 number service. This is a 100% set aside for Small Business firms. The solicitations shall be available on or about May 5, 1997. (0108)
