Hudson, Contracting Officer (919)-335-6142 To furnish all labor, parts, material, tooling, test equipment, and facilities to rework the environmental control unit (with and without the reworked heat exchanger), P/N 2201160-5-1, NSN 1560-01-074-2782 used on the HU25 aircraft. Delivery to ARSC, Elizabeth City, NC or other operating units as directed is desired within 30 days and required within 90 calendar days after receipt of material. The Coast Guard intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with the manufacturer, AlliedSignal Inc., 1300 W. Warner Road, Tempe, AZ 85284-2896, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. All rework data and specifications are proprietary to the manufacturer and are not available through the Coast Guard. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Requests for this solicitation must be in writing. Telephone requests will not be honored. See Note 22.
