FISC San Diego is announcing its intent to issue an RFQ for the following: Shipboard Habitability Improvement Project. All work is to be performed aboard the USS Steadfast, AFDM-14, Naval Station, San Diego, CA 92136. The following work is to be performed: removal of existing PRC decking, deck cleaning and preparation for installation of new PRC decking, (approx. 3405 SF, 13 spaces, labor/materials), PRC decking resurfacing, (approx. 995 SF, 3 spaces, labor/materials), electrical grade matting installation (labor/materials, approx. 3 spaces), 12" lettering for (1) space, (3) letters to be painted. All information listed above at this point is considered approximate. A site visit will be required to perform a walkthru of all spaces with prospective contractors to recalculate measurements of all spaces, answer any questions etc. The time and date of this site visit will be determined at a later date. Award will be made on an all or none basis. This procurement notice is being issued as restricted. All responsible small business sources may submit a request for a RFQ.
