The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Region 2, seeks quotations to provide professional mental health & counseling services for the students at Treasure Lake Job Corps Center. The requirement is for on site services and includes but is not limited to general phychiatry, psychological evulations and general counseling. The requirement also includes counseling training of specific employees. The Treasure Lake Job Corps Center is a coed residential facility located in Comanche County, near Lawton, Oklahoma. The students age range is 16 to 24 years the average enrollement of 220 students. This solicitation is set aside for small business. Award will be made to the responsive responsible contractor who submits the offer which is most advantaeous to the government in consideration of price and price related factors. It is anticipated that evulation of responses and award of the contract will be completed by June 9, 1997.
