The proposed Personal Services contract is to provide Ambulatory Nursing Services through a Licensed Registered Nurse to American Indian family members and individual patients in an outpatient setting at the Taos/Picuris Health Center, Taos, New Mexico. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed contract will be for a base year with four (4) one year options. The proposal due date shall be 30 calendar days from date the RFP is released.
