Price, Contract Specialist, (703) 306-1242 The National Science Foundation (NSF) has a requirement to perform the FY 1998 and FY 2000 Survey of Scientific and Engineering Research Facilities at U.S. Colleges and Universities. This survey is used to establish and maintain a data collection and analysis capability for the purpose of identifying and assessing the research facility needs of U.S. universities and colleges. The results must be reported to Congress by September of every other year. RFP SRS-97005 is expected to be issued on or about May 16, 1997, with a 30-day proposal submission period on a "full-and-open-competition" basis. Interested parties must submit a written request for a copy of the solicitation package to the address included in this notice.
