202-205-6622 The U.S. Small Business Administration intends to issue an
award to Williams, Adley & Company, LLP, 1300 I Street, N.W., Suite
260E, Washington DC 20005, for the allocation of administrative
expenses and cost accounting alternatives and system design. A
defensible allocation of administrative expenses is required by the
Federal Credit Reform Act of 1990 as well as the Office of Management
and Budget Circulars A-11 and A-34. The procurement will be a sole
source award, using the simplified acquisition procedures. The
Government reserves the right not to open this requirement to
competition based upon the responses to this notice. Interested firms
must submit in writing capability statement to the above concern within
(15) days after the publication of this notice. If no affirmative
