This requirement is made under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Prospective contractors who believe they can perform this service must provide specific and detailed technical documentation to support their claims and abilities within 15 days of this publication.
