Defense Contract Management Command, St. Louis intends to negotiate with McDonnell Douglas Aerospace to incorporate the effects of the ECPs. McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516 as the designer, developer and sole manufacturer of the aircraft, is the only known firm possessing the requisite technical expertise needed to furnish these updates.
