SILVA, (907)786-3436 The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting
bids for all labor, materials, equipment, and services to remediate
approximately 200 cubic yards of contaminated soil located at the
Alaska Peninsula National Wildlife Refuge compound in King Salmon,
Alaska. The soil is from a heating oil fuel spill. The remediation can
be accomplished on or off site. Soil shall attain a matrix cleanup
level consistent with on site or off site parameters. Provide a
detailed work plan for approval by the Alaska Department of
Environmental Conservation (ADEC) within 7 calendar days of the Notice
to Proceed. Work plan shall be approved before project begins. The
construction period is summer/fall 1997 and the cost range is between
