Z -- REPLACE MAIN WORKROOM ROOFING, HONOLULU P&DC, HI SOL 052571-97-A-0043 DUE 052297 POC Grace Batesting, (415)794-6336 or Tyrus Ishii, (808)423-3873 The United States Postal Service is soliciting proposals from contractors to provide all materials, labor, facilities, etc. to complete the reroofing of the Honolulu P&DC building including, but not limited to, waterproofing the entire roof all metal roof and flat roofs that are appendages to the facility excluding walkway connection to administration building and administration building itself in accordance with the terms and specifications of this solicitation. There is a non-refundable charge of $25.00 for plans and specifications made payable to "USPS Disbursing Officer". Requests can be obtained and proposals can be delivered to either: "Honolulu Administrative Services Office, Attn Tyrus Ishii, 3600 Aolele Street, Honolulu, HI 96820-3680" or "Pacific Facilities Service Office, 395 Oyster Point Suite 225, South San Francisco, CA 94099-0300". The estimated cost range is $850,000 to $950,000. The Postal Service may reject any or all proposals, and may waive informalities and minor irregularitiesin proposals received. Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposals will remain confidential until award. Offerors are encouraged to submit their proposals via U. S.
