The work includes but is not limited to: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, and supervision to provide a complete new Electrical Substation #3 located adjacent to the existing Jacksonville Electric Authority (JEA) Substation and demolishing the existing Substation #3. The new Substation shall have Low Profile Design Bus and shall include two (2) Main Breakers, six (6) Feeder Breakers, Tie Breakers and Bypass Bus on Feeder side to allow for maintenance of breakers. Provide concrete power pole, fencing, ground grid, lightning protection system, station service, station lighting, warning sings, solid state protective relaying system with coordination, a solid state metering system with remote reading capability, equipment pads, ductbank, manholes and connections to existing manholes or pole lines and all associated unidentified equipment for a complete and useable system.
