Z -- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE FOR BEST VALUE TASK ORDER CONTRACT (TOC) SOL DAHA32-97-R-0002 DUE 061597 POC Ron Solberg, BCE, 701-241-7210; Scott Boespflug, Supervisory Contract Specialist, 701-224-5204; Dallas Eckholm, Contract Specialist, 701-224-5190 PRESOLICITATION NOTICE: Best Value Construction Task Order Contract (TOC) at the North Dakota Air National Guard (NDANG), Hector IAP, Fargo, North Dakota. The NDANG is solicitating proposals for multiple discipline, multiple-year maintenance, repair and minor construction service contracts. Multiple award will be made. Delivery orders will issued to TOC contractors based on the low competitive price, or a combination of price and other factors (best value judgments) in accordance with FAR 16.505. Task orders may be issued for a period of one (1) calendar year from date of contract award, with the option to extend contracts annually for four (4) additional years. Task orders shall not exceed a cumulative amount of $10 million to any one contractor; and any individual delivery order shall not exceed $1,000,000.00. Source selection procedures in accordance with DFAR part 215.605 shall be utilized for the basic TOC. Significant evaluation criteria for the basic contract in descending order of importance are: (1) Project Management Ability with an emphasis on Key Management Staff, Quality Control Plan, Financial Capability and Technical Support Staff: (2) Company experience; (3) Location in relation to the worksite.
