Quindica, ( 808) 449-6860 Ext. 308 Contractor to furnish all plant, labor, equipment, appliances and materials, and performing all operations, complete in accordance with Statement of Work. Remove and dispose of patron entrance, exit, and carry-out return doors (12 doors). Furnish and install new automatic sliding doors with aluminum, eletrically operated by-parting doors with breakaway feature and side lites -- contractor to field verify dimensions. All sections shall be of a single manufacturer. Activation shall be by motion detectors located on the head or transom of the door frame. Equipment patron entry doors and side lites shall have an 18 inch bottom rail and be tempered. Doors shall be designed for high use, heavy traffic applications. Must match existing store front finish. A solicitation will be issued on or about 19 May 97 in compliance with Public Law 100-656, Business Opportunity Development Program Act of 1988, establishing a test of unrestricted competition.
