The following part numbers apply: P/N 23062217 (292 quantity), P/N 23082218 (16 quantity) and P/N 23066563 (176 quantity). The kits will be acquired from Allison Engine Company in Indianapolis, IN. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. See numbered Note 22.
