Subject to the Availability of Funds, the Bureau of the Public Debt (BPD) will issue a commercial item solicitation for an audio/video conference equipment, installation, and maintenance. The equipment will be located in Parkersburg, WV, and Washington, DC. The equipment must be compatible with the Federal Reserve Bank (FRBs) and Main Treasury systems. Requests for the solicitation document must be made in writing. Telephonic requests will not be accepted; however, requests may be faxed to (304) 480-6632 or e-mailed to Procurement@bpd.treas.gov.
