The proposed procurement will supp= ort the analysis of mobility issues for the Chairman, Joint Chiefs of Staff. Support or the analysis of mobility issues includes (1) Database administration and maintenance. Included in this are: data file import = and export, data conversion, file manipulation, report preparation with graph= ics derived from combinations of data files, (2) Operation of existing models= to include MIDAS, AMP, JOPES and SUMMITS, (3) Training government personnel = in the operation of existing and future models, (4) Improvement of existing computational tools and conversion to future analytic models, 95) Verification, validation, and accreditation of prototype analytic tools. = The offeror must have a staff that has substantial theater and strategic mobi= lity experience as well as at least three years experience in database managem= ent using ORACLE databases and three years military transportation modeling experience. The contract will include a base year and four 940 option periods. This is a recompete of Contract Number MDA903-94-D-0073. The incumbent contractor if GRC International, Inc.
