This is the third year of a continuing research project. Period of performance will be from date of award until 15 February 1998. The proposed procurement will be on a sole source basis IAW FAR 6.302-1. The Contracting Officer intends to negotiate a fixed-price order with the University of Illinois, Champaign, IL to allow continuation of the research from the previous two years.
