Huachuca, AZ intends to award a contract for the operations and maintenance of Administrative Telephone System (ATS) in support of Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA. Request for Proposal (RFP) Number DAAB07-97-R-0014. See Note 26. The anticipated release date is on or about May 6, 1997. A site visit will be held at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield, GA approximately two weeks after the release of the RFP. The contract performance period will be a base year and two one year options. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. The SIC code is 4813. The size standard is 1,500 employees. The RFP will be a PAPERLESS document released via the CECOM Acquisition Center Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB). NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. A computer with a minimum 8MB RAM and a modem with 1,200 to 28,800 baud is needed to download documents from the EBB. The RFP has been prepared using Microsoft Windows 95 Version 7.0 and Microsoft Excel Windows 95 Version 7.0. These programs are recommended for ease of retrieval and reading purposes.
