See Note 26. The anticipated release date is on or about May 7, 1997. A site visit will be held at Ft. Jackson approximately two weeks after the release of the RFP. The contract performance period will be a base and two one year options. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. See Note 4. The SIC code for Ft. Jackson is 4813 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. This RFP will be a PAPERLESS document released via the CECOM Acquisition Center ELectronic Bulletin Board (EBB). NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. A computer with a minimum 8MB RAM and a modem with 1,200 to 28,000 baud is needed to download documents from the EBB. The RPF has been prepared using Microsoft Windows 95 Version 7.0 and Microsoft Excel Windows 95 Version 7.0. These programs are recommended for ease of retrieval and reading purposes. Access to the EBB is provided by dialing the EBBs using any communication program, ANSI VT100 or RIPGRAPHIC. Use telephone numbers (520) 533-0132 thru 0138. Log in as a new user, create your own password and use it each time you log in.
