LEMOINE (520) 538-8728 (Site Code DAAB07) CECOM Acquisition Center-West located at Fort Huachuca, Arizona intends to award a contract for the operations and maintenance of Administrative Telephone Systems (ATS) in support of Bayonne Military Ocean Terminal, NJ., Request for Proposal (RFP) Number DAAB07-97-R-03B3. See Note 26. The anticipated release date is on or about May 7, 1997. A site visit will be held at Bayonne Military Ocean Terminal, NJ approximately two weeks after the release of the RFP. The contract performance period will be a base year and two one year options. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Small Business. See Note 4. The SIC code for Bayonne is 4813 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. This RFP will be a PAPERLESS document released via the CECOM Acquisition Center ELectronic Bulletin Board (EBB). NO HARDCOPY WILL BE MAILED. A computer with a minimum 8MB RAM and a modem with 1,200 to 28,000 baud is needed to download documents from the EBB. The RPF has been prepared using Microsoft Windows 95 Version 7.0 and Microsoft Excel Windows 95 Version 7.0. These programs are recommended for ease of retrieval and reading purposes.
