Modifications would include but are not limited to the machining and welding of stripped aluminum alloy hull. Potential sources should have the capability to lift and maneuver a hull with approximate dimensions of 130 inches in width, 130 inches in height, 321 inches in length and approximately 30,000 pounds in weight.
