The geographic area is Area 1 which consists of Hamilton, Butler, Clermont, Brown, Adams, and Highland counties, Ohio. The Contractor shall provide a variety of closing services on behalf of the Department for sales of single family properties (between one and four units). The contract term is for a one-year base period with two one-year options to extend the term of the contract. This contract is being solicited using simplified acquisition procedures. In no case shall the value of this contract exceed $100,000. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 6531. See Numbered Note 1. The size standard of $1.5 million average annual receipts over the past three years refers to total revenues, not funds received in trust for an unaffiliated third party, such as bookings or sales subject to commissions.
