Remove and properly dispose of approximatley 260 linear feet of asbestos pipe insulation from residence #1. The contractor will remove the asbestos followng all applicable state and federal regulations. The contractor will be required to make all required notifications and obtain pertinent permits. The work will be performed weedkays between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The contractor will also hire an independant air monitoring form to sample before, during and after the abatement activity. Before starting work the contractor will provide copies of state certifications for all employees involved in the abatement. Upon completion of work the contractor will be required to provide copies of all air monotoring results, shipping manifests and landfill receipts prior to final payment being issued.
