The work includes repair of damage to the right bank embankment downstream of the regulating outlet, including approximately 125 feet of outer slope and embankment. The contractor shall be required to commence work under this contract within 10 calendar days after the date the contractor receives the Notice to Proceed, to prosecute the work diligently and to complete the entire work not later than 60 calendar days after commencing work.
