Postal Service, pward@usps.gov. This solicitation invites proposals for the new 12,000 sq. ft. addition to the Largo, FL -- Seminole Branch located at 9355 113th Street North. This includes the renovation/remodeling of some of the existing facility and a new truck well at the existing loading dock. The work includes a new Postal Store, service counters, Quickpost, rent-a-box, and various support space. The scope of work includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, millwork, ceramic tile, acoustical ceiling, signage, metal studs, gypsum board, masonry, structural steel, and any other work associated with Postal construction. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000 with completion within 240 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
