The new Substation shall have Low Profile Design Bus and shall include two (2) Main Breakers, six (6) Feeder Breakers, Tie Breakers and Bypass Bus on Feeder side to allow for maintenance of breakers. Provide concrete power pole, fencing, ground grid, lightning protection system, station service, station lighting, warning signs, solid state protective relaying system with coordination, a solid state metering system with remote reading capability, equipment pads, ductbank, manholes and connections to existing manholes or pole lines and all associated unidentified equipment for a comple and useable system.
