The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, seeks quotations for re-roofing of the refuge headquarters building at Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge. Work includes but is not limited to installing a single ply membrane roofing system for an area approximately 14,712 square feet, and replacement of existing roof, related flashing, gutters and additional related items. This project is located at Santa Ana National Wildlife Refuge in Hidalgo county Texas, approximately 7 miles south of Alamo, Texas. Bid, performance, and payment bonds are required. The estimated price range is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. This solicitation is 100 % setside for small business. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible contractor who submits on offer which is most advantageous to the government in consideration of price and price related factors. It is estimated the solicitation will be available by May 6, 1997. Evaluation of quotations and award of the contract is expected by June 3, 1997.
