Tank, Fluid Bed Incinerator Quench IAW Pine Bluff Arsenal Purchase Description SIOPB-MME dated 26 August 1996. This quench tank is a replacement of the existing fluid bed quench tank and must meet both the physical arrangement of the current quench tank and to provide the airstream characteristics as follows: Receives an airstream from the fluid bed incinerator at an average tmeperature of 1800 degree F with a maximum temperature of 2100 degree F. The outlet stream from the quench tank shall be as follows: Actual Flow (ACFM) 13,100; Standard Flow (SCFM) 12,354; Pressure (PSIA) 16.21; Static Pressure (in H2O) 42; Temperature (degrees F) 160. SCF = 70 degrees F & 14.696 PSIA (1 atmosphere). Material -- all surfaces contacting the airstream will be made of Inconel 625. Quantity: one (1) each.
