Portions of the system that are beyond economical repair will be designed for replacement. Design will include a dedicated fire sprinkler main and domestic water isolation for Building 38. Construction cost range between $250,000 and $500,000. Area of consideration limited to 350-mile radius of Sioux Falls, SD. Firms desiring consideration shall submit SF-254 and SF-255 not later than COB 5-30-97. This procurement set-aside for EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS -- size standard $l.25 million applies.
